SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours of receiving them. However, slight delays may occur during Public Holidays, Festive Seasons, or Promotional Sales.
Once your order is handed over to our Logistics Partner, you’ll receive an Email with a tracking ID to monitor your shipment.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Depending on your location, delivery may take 2 to 10 working days after-dispatch.
We work with trusted logistics providers like DTDC, Professional Courier, BlueDart, Delhivery, India Post etc.
If your location is not serviceable via door delivery, the nearest delivery hub will be assigned. You will be contacted accordingly.

Please contact our customer care for more help if your order experiences significant delivery delays beyond the estimated timeframe.
Shipping costs and payment processing fees will be deducted from the invoiced value upon refund if the customer has not answered phone calls from HTRZMODZ team members or logistic partners during delivery process.
We do not offer return pick-up services for returning orders; instead, customers must resend them to the address listed on the contact page.
All offer sale order will have shipping delays depending upon the orders we received during the sale times. Kindly do contact customer care for the delay related information's.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At HTRZMODZ, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations may be processed. By placing an order on our platform, you agree to abide by the terms below. If you do not agree, we advise you not to proceed with the purchase.
General Terms
- This policy is part of the broader Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.
- All cancellation requests are subject to approval and processing as per the guidelines provided below.
- No cancellations will be accepted post-dispatch, unless under extenuating circumstances as mentioned above.
· Charge of 3.5% is applicable if refund is initiated if your order is need to be cancelled within 48 hours.
- All Snapmint order cancellation other than manufacturing defects will deduct 4.5% of total order value.
- Once dispatched, cancellations must follow the Returns & Refunds Policy after delivery.
· In cases of unavoidable or unforeseen situations—such as natural disasters, medical emergencies, or similar extenuating circumstances cancellations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.
Cancellation by HTRZMODZ
We reserve the right to cancel an order at our sole discretion due to, but not limited to, the following reasons:
- Product unavailability.
- Errors in pricing or product information.
- Limitations on quantities available for purchase.
- Issues identified by our verification process.
- Technical or system errors.
If the order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are handed over to our logistics partners, except under extenuating circumstances as mentioned above. In such cases, the order will be treated under our Return & Refund Policy upon delivery.
