RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We are committed to provide our customers with the best online shopping experience & satisfaction. We welcome your feedback and try to enhance the shopping experience of our customers; while working on your feedback and we are always ready to go above and beyond for our customers.
Eligibility for Returns or Replacements
- The products should be purchased only from htrzmodz.com and not from any other retailer be it online or offline.
- If the product you receive is faulty, has a manufacturing defect, or a wrong item has been delivered, we will initiate a replacement as quickly as possible.
In case a replacement is not available, a refund for the product will be processed.
- For all other issues, we will proceed with replacing the product, not refunding it.

Return request should be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for any orders that exceed the 7 days refund period.
- Products should be unused with all the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the products.

Post receipt of the returned Products, our team will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will initiate the refund for your transaction and in case of exchange we will update your details and ship you the right products. In either scenario your return or exchange issue will be closed within 1-2 weeks of our receiving of the return package from you.

In certain situations, partial refunds might be granted if applicable (Damage or missing part).

Return/refund Policies not acceptable for consumable products like pastes/oil/paints/coolants/cleaners/brake pads (in case of brake pads returns, we need to verify with our technicians regarding the reselling condition of brake pad).

Package Opening Video Is a Must for Processing Refund/ Return.

Products bought during any sale or discount offers cannot be refunded or replaced.

Delay in Receiving the Order
If you don't receive your products and you can't track it, we recommend reaching us by mail so that we can assist you with right details. We shall handle such issues strictly and take necessary steps to resolve it at the earliest.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The return address is mentioned on the label.
Refund Timelines:
We usually initiate eligible refunds within 14 working days from receipt of the products at our warehouse.
Note:
Since the products are displayed online on different screen resolutions, there may be possibilities that the colors or design of the product delivered may vary from the actual color. Customers are requested to read all the details and disclaimer on product page before placing the order.
